Can Trees be quoted by sending Photos?

No, Trees cannot be quoted by sending photos or Pictures of the trees.

There are a few reasons why:

• The ground around the base of the tree needs to be inspected
• Inspection for cables, sprinkler systems etc
• Photos can be out of proportion
• Inspection of the health of tree needs to be assessed
• Safety assessment of the tree and surrounds
• To quote an accurate and fair price
• Check to avoid damage to plants and service wires
• Access to the site of the tree

How are prices calculated?

There are various factors that contribute to price:

• Height
• Size
• Access
• Stump depth
• Base width of tree
• Clearance between buildings or pools etc
• Some trees can be cut using the HINOWA and other trees sometimes need to be cut using climbing gear
